liquid is written by Joseph Gaeddert. I received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 2002 from the University of Kentucky, Lexington with an undergraduate research focus on antenna theory and design before shifting focus to digital signal processing of wireless communications systems reconfigurable platforms. I received the M.S. (2005) and the PhD (2011) from Virginia Tech's Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering . My research interests include parametric estimation of fading channels and their role in adaptive radios, ultra wide-band communications measurement and theory, fading channel estimation techniques, synchronization of multi-carrier communications systems, signal classification using cyclostationary feature detection, and resource management of cognitive and software-defined radios.
